The marriage-based forum won't do him any good. He is not a US
Citizen and that is what the forum is about...one of the spouses is
a USC. He is a LPR and hopefully the agent at the POE will not
rescind that status.
Best suggestion is use your money and retain a damn good
immigration attorney.
