Thank you for your answer.
I am planning to go to Florida next month since is much easier to get
and attend interviews and jobs offers. Applying from Canada to US
postings have not worked for me since employers don't want to pay
relocation and don't understand TN visa process. I have a systems
analyst background and I planning to apply to TN1 for one year which
can be renewed every year.
My plan is to apply directly being in Florida. I don't have a home in
Canada, just renting an apartment that I will leave on January.
My question is, if I get the visa denied, what I should say to come
back to Florida without problems the same day ?
How I should prove that I have a residence in Canada ?
How I can show the means I have to support myself in US?
I just should go to the port of entry to apply for TN...should I cross
the border ? or how it works ? Thanks !
