Well..she did and does have intention to study but I don't know whether
anyone guided her to inform about her intention to check school at the
embassy. Frankly, my brother doesn't know that much about these
immigration rules. My sister throws money for him to show bank
statement and other necessary documents showing to get visa.

So, basically, it would be best if she goes out and seek F-1, right?
She has good English skills (she has graduated with Math major) and has
been working for a major jewelry company back home and has made several
trips to Thailand sent by her company. Both she and my brother are good
with precious stones - my brother used to trade those independnently
back home. My brohter has no intention of living in this country
permanently. They would probably find a way to import those stuff to
US in the far future.
