reinstatement vs h1b decision

hi everybody,
i am really confused about my status now , if anybody can know any
information then help me plz.
I am on F1 and out-of-status because of financial hardship from July
and my H1B petition was received by INS on May21, 2005 and I am still
waiting for H1B decision. Should I reinstate my status as an F1 or wait
till I got any reply for my H1B?


plz help?
