I've had my 30st diabetic aniversary last friday and all those 30 years
there were promises of what would be possible soon. Sometime ago the
"diabetic watch" was about to be put on the market... journalists, doctors,
researchers came to see the presentation... some even with a case of money
to buy one... only to hear, that it was a failure. I guess at some point
with too many disappointments people are no longer interested until there's
a "real thing".

Eastern Virginia Medical School is a great school and hospital system,
the "diabetes institute" down the road is filled with arrogant pricks
who won't even talk to you unless you are referred by primary care
physician and have insurance.

They are the rudest bastards I've spoken with. And that's comparing
them to Me!
