Thanks, I emailed them. I may start using the Medtronic CareLink Personal System instead.
Anyone have any experiences with that?

I have been running OneTouch® Diabetes Management Software v.2.3.1 on Windows XP but now I get the following error messages:
Run-time error ‘-2147467259(80004005)’: method ‘~’ of object ‘~’ failed
On the second try I get the following :
Error: A registry error is either missing or corrupt. Please re-install the software.
I have deleted the program several times and re-install the software several times, to no avail.
All worked fine until I installed Bojour Printer Wizzard to print a log from a shared Mac computer printer. The log printed fine. I closed the program. It worked once again then stopped working.
There was one error reported in my last meter upload. Perhaps a note that I added under exercise (that I had programed into the meter).
Using Windows XP Service Pack 2
Mobile Intell(R) Pentium(R)
4-M CPU 2.00 GHz
1.20 GHz, 512 MB of RAM
