Shortages


People should know that there were artificial limits
on medical school student for a long time.

Allegedly the AMA set he number based on poplation.

Durig the Kennedy administration there was pressure
brought to increase Med school enrollment.
llegedly the schools claimed they could not accomodate
morestudents.

The the need fo new grants were questioned.

Enrollment was mcreased but allegedly the flunk out rate
went up,

wish there was a shortage of diabetics.

Wish there was a shortage of poor doctors.
