I cant figure it out. I have tried everything and still wake up with
180+ numbers. What in the world is this. Sometimes it can be 200. I
take 5 mil of gyburide in the morning. Do you think taking more at
night would help my morning numbers. I was getting by with taking
only 1.25 mil every morning but found it difficult to keep my numbers
under control. I have always tried keeping this under control with
diet and exercise I do an hour every morning on the tread mill and
watch what I eat . I am 6 foot tall and weigh 165 lbs. Any advice
would be appreciated. It would be easy to just take more pill but I
have some liver issues and I have heard meds for diabetes is hard on
the liver. Thanks in advance.
When are you eating your dinner? What are you eating for dinner? Are you
eating a snack before bed? If so, when?
.
