Don't have my logbook at hand but I think it was around 162 after 1
hour.I eat meat and hard boiled eggs(2) with green beans.Previous diets
I used sauerkraut always as a side dish.Didn't have trouble with salt
intake.Will integrate other veggies for variety as time goes
by.Breakfast as I said previously was 1 egg,1 whole wheat toast,black
coffee.The previous diets were more of a fast than a diet.
