Piss off spammer.

Why waste your time replying. Spammer probably will not read it or if
he does, just laugh and keep on spamming.

Save the full header and body of text. Add something like

Your customer 151.198.127.221 (pool-151-198-127-221.nwrk.east.verizon.net)
is spamming Usenet news groups

to top of header/body and send it to verizon's abuse department
(abuse@xxxxxxxxxxx) with subject something like

Subject: Usenet spammer

Enough people doing that will get his ISP's abuse dept to chat with him and
you clean up the news group.

Since the header Has abuse@xxxxxxxxxx, you then change the text
to just Usenet spammer and send to abuse@xxxxxxxxxxx

If you do not have the whois tools on your pc to look up the posting ISP you
can look through these to find one or two which will get what you
need. They are in no order of importance.
