There are carrots and there are sticks. My technique: exercise
classes at our local Community Center. Turns the whole thing into a
social event, i.e. the carrot approach.

FWIW: I take classes in which I am the oldest person in the room (ahem. .
..with young ladies about my son's age) and I take classes in which I am the
youngest person in the room (one lady has a son older then me) No
matter who you are, there is a way.
