Motivation to exercise

Hi all:
One afternoon, I was lamenting the fact that I hadn't exercised in a
while. I realized that I had been most consistent in working out when I
had a friend or someone to motivate me to work out. In a flash of
extreme nerdiness, I decided to write a program that would provide the
same sort of motivation: public shame if I didn't work out.
The way it works is that you have a public spot on the internet where
everyone can see how long it has been since you last worked out. Every
time you work out, you go to http://www.rubick.com and click on the
link that says how long it's been since you worked out. Your last
workout is noted.
If you don't work out for a few days, the Exercise Motivator will start
sending you emails, once per day.
But worst of all is the Hall of Shame, which lists your shame quotient
relative to other users of this program.
This is a free little tool to help you work out. There is no
advertising, nothing sold, your information is not shared (except on
the public shame page!), and it's completely free. So feel free to sign
up if you like, and help motivate yourself to workout for the new year!
Cheers,
Jade
