You might want to talk to urologist about the effect on your kidneys.

It may not matter or it might damage them.


There is NO damage to the kidneys from drinking less water. The whole idea that the body needs 8 glasses a day is a myth.

I have never been able to drink more than 3 or 4 glasses of liquid a day for decades because of non-kidney-related urinary tract problems. However, my kidneys, which have been MRI'd and nuclear scanned and tested with various blood tests are 100%.

If I were to drink 8 glasses of water a day I'd be going every 20 minutes all the time. This isn't a guess, I've tried it. Pure hell.
