Hi, Sherif!

Thank you very much indeed for reacting so graciously to the somewhat
intemperate public criticism fired at you and your organisation. There
are far too many people around who resort to cursing and threats as a
first resort.

And quite frankly, I would far rather that one of your customers who has
spammed (this is NOT the same as being a spammer) remains under your
guidance and control rather than seeking out some disreputable provider
who simply doesn't care (of which there are many indeed).

And to Bob and Ted and everybody else: for goodness sake, learn a basic
fact about human nature - if you can't get somebody to do something by
asking him politely and courteously, you certainly won't manage it by
abusing him.
