Ahh, look, another spammer trying to collect money for people clicking on
their website. Considering that the webiste is for "Greek medical tourism",
I wonder if the spammer has any concept just how "Greek", we like to get
with spammers?

And these are *ALWAYS* a sure sign that it is, in fact, spam. The random
numbers are used to prevent duplicate messages from exactly matching,
forcing the spam filters to do more work to detect that it is, in fact, the
same ad.
