Re: An unvaccinated diphtheria death in Australia

Did you actually manage to read the article? It's not a long one, and
not technical - though the description of what precisely diphtheria
does to a person is pretty gruesome.

The point is that all these childhood diseases were on the decline
before vaccination.

Mortality was on the decline, not incidence rate - and incidence rate is
the one that counts. And that decline in mortality rate, btw, is due to
improved medicine.

And try reading that article.

Yes, I know the vaccine lobby like to hype up the
dangers of diseases - some symptoms more severe than others.

Try reading a bit about diphtheria and its symptoms and how it kills before
stuffing your foot into your mouth again.

Or - though I really don't recommend doing this - if you think it's so
harmless, go infect yourself with it. After all, if you get treatment fast
enough, there is only 10% chance of you dying from it, like the poor lady
in the article did.

No expense is spared to get the whole population vaccinated on the
grounds that "even one child should not suffer" etc.

So you like the idea of children suffering, eh? I don't.

"Toxins" is the modern term for what used to be called "evil
spirits." If you consider the properties of each, you'll note
that it's just a change of name to keep up with the times; the
old one had lost its marketing punch. - Overshoot

My take on toxins is that it is more related to nutritional
deficiencies / imbalances.

I do recall you trying to explain that these "toxins" are cell waste
products - that claim was shot down fast, btw.

Yes, nutrients are important - too much or
too little can have bad effects.

So are you against calcium and vitamin megadoses then? Both can cause harm,
as I've posted cases of those earlier.

However, the pharmaceutical lobby
would have us believe that there is a drug for every symptom.

O rly? Srsly? I must have missed that.

I have treated many conditions with nutrients that would otherwise
require fungicides, antibiotics or pesticides.

And you still have your fungus.

IOW there is a lot of disinformation coming from official sources
which prefer to oppose the symptoms with antibiotics, fungicides,
pesticides, oh and vaccinations.

Mind explaining to me just what symptoms vaccinations are supposed to
oppose? Vaccinations are preventative medicine, and are given to healthy
people to produce an immune system reaction to immunogens in the vaccine
which will deal with any future infection.

The exception to this rule is the rabies vaccine, which really is
administered to cure rabies. In this case the vaccine produces a more rapid
immune response than the natural infection would.

It seems that all childhood diseases
were on the decline with the improvement in nutrition and sanitation
well before vaccines were introduced and given the credit.

Which has been shown to be false quite a few times. Did you bother clicking
the link to the measles incidence rate chart I provided?

Pseudoscience - also known as fringe science or alternative
science - masquerades as real science but because of its defects
it is not science at all. The most important of these defects is
its lack of thoughtful experimentation, the very foundation of
science. - Seth Kalichman
