It appears to me that slowly but surely, the drug industry will
experience a devastating drop in company stock prices due to problems
with their products and lack of trust in the consumers.

Wrong, stupid. Dr. Paul Offit, the developer of a vaccine that is
literally saving thousands of lives, has sold all rights to the
vaccine. He does not get one more dime.
