One has to take really really large doses well
beyond 10000 IU per reach to toxic levels.
And if one keeps themselves replete in vitamin K
another vitamin that many populations are low
due to poor public health suggestions, people
should be less prone to ectopic calcium deposits.

Understand there are some exceptions were
people have an enhanced conversion of
25 OH vitamin D into 1, 25 (OH)2 vitamin.
Those taking or who have been taking within
a month or so rPTH shots will have elevated
conversion rates. And there are several disease
states plus William syndrome that elevate
conversion rates.

Some of these problems mentioned above
were the result of early fortification programs.
Fortification programs tend to use nonprofessionals
to mix the vitamin into the food. This is not
the most trustworthy method for getting the
correct dose into the food and a effective
of getting incorrect doses that are off by
3 or 4 orders of magnitude, LOL.

There is a lab test available for 25 OH vitamin D.
A value above 32 ng/dl or better yet
above 40 ng/dl but below 80 ng/dl
should be OK for most as I read it.
Multiple the ng/mL numbers by 2.5 to get
the nmol/L numbers.

this is not medical advice but rather was written
for your entertainment so talk to your medical
professional so that they can pooh pooh anything
they don't understand........................Trig

Certainly, since Trig knows it all, yeah, right/

Well you did finally try a bit on the second
posting of the thread. The problem is with
that posting is the levels associated with problems
take a truly huge dose well beyond 10000 IU
show up in most people. I never claim to know it
all. I simply go deeper at times. I even shift
positions on occasion.

No, I didn't try, I just took a second to look up what I knew existed and took a touch of it and refuted your post. There is far more against your concepts that with it. It is too bad you are not as intelligent as you think, for if you were you'd be high up on the list of genius'.

It is sad you are not as open minded as you say, but you are not my problem.
Have a nice day.
Peter needs an enema.
