Man, no matter what I do, this guy Thorson comes back and back and
back, like the energizer bunny. I can't believe I apologized to him in
public for calling him names after he ran me up one side and down the
other. That's a character flaw of mine. I like to be nice to people -- more fun than yelling and name calling.

I saw the movie "Watchmen" yesterday. He reminds me of one of those
really low-end superheros, the regular joe on the street who puts on a
pair of black leotards and jumps "spammers." Since everything he says
is a distortion or a lie stemming from his pharma associations, I'll
call this superhero . . . PHARMA BOY. Go for it, Mark! Go PHARMA BOY!

One individual was responsible for a great deal of miscommunication
regarding
anatoxin-a, information which is still accessible on many Internet
sites. Cell
Tech sued Mark Thorson for posting defamatory statements about Cell
Tech, its
products and its personnel to various Internet or Usenet news groups.

Tech's lawsuit against Mr. Thorson has now been settled. As part of the

appears below. Although he did retract the allegations that he had been

During the last several years, I have from time to time posted to this

other newsgroups a file of information called "An Anatoxin-a Primer." I
now
retract the statements made in the Anatoxin-a Primer.


The Anatoxin-a Primer implied that Super Blue Green Algae from Klamath
Lake,
produced by Cell Tech, contains anatoxin-a (a neurotoxin I
characterized as
addictive), and that Cell Tech deliberately avoids testing for this
toxin
because anatoxin-a is responsible for the effects reported by SBGA
users. I
have since been advised that Cell Tech conducts regular tests that
would
disclose anatoxin-a, and that this toxin has never been found in Super
Blue
Green Algae. I had no basis for the suggestions I made in the
Anatoxin-a
Primer, and I hereby retract it in full.


BEWARE!!

I've known Bruce Robinson, owner of Belfort Instrument Company for
several years now. I spoke to him about his company suing a former
employee named Mark Kukucka. Bruce told me that the published
newspaper assertions (referred to above) were not factual nor
accurate.


Bruce hired a new Baltimore-based company president named Mark Decker
in 2001. In 2005, Mark Decker sued a former employee while acting as a
company officer. The lawsuit involved numerous trumped-up charges and
untrue assertions. Over time, Bruce learned that the lawsuit was filed
in retaliation when the former employee cooperated with federal
authorities into two investigations involving fraud upon a publicly
traded company and bribery of a federal employee/contractor.


Bruce would have no part of any wrongdoing going on in his companies
so he immediately fired Mark Decker. And Belfort voluntarily dismissed
the unfounded lawsuit against Mark Kukucka.


Unfortunately, some of this has already been poignantly pointed out to
you Mr. Thorson in this and other newsgroup postings but you persist
in promulgating these out-dated half truths. Considering your
litigious record with Cell Tech, should any of the readers of this
newsgroup be surprised? Not Really!

I posted a URL, and a new search is performed every time
someone follows it.

The "Bryant thing" is the proof that this is so. If I had
posted the actual search results with your address in it,
the address on Bryant would have been in my posting.
A search on Google would show I did not post that
address. Following the URL I posted will not bring up
that address. If I had posted any actual search results
or a link to search results, the address on Bryant would
appear, but it does not.


But of course, you know that. You keep flogging this
claim that you know to be false, because it's the only
defense you have when your LIES are exposed.
