Yup, they trust their lives to homeopathy.

However, they're not altogether to blame. In theory the Government
regulates consumer and health products to keep fraudulent and
dangerous products off the market; very few people know that (of
all things) "health products" such as "nutritional supplements"
are exempt from that requirement.
