I hate to tell you this, but you have PROVEN NOTHING. You haven't even
raised good questions. All you've done is post a bunch of links to
random and not-terribly-damning posts I've made over several years'
time, mixed in with some unknown person's messages and an assortment
of headers purportedly from Mark's old posts, followed by your
unsubstantiated, accusatory remarks, which are nothing more than
uneducated opinions.

You have not succeeded in fulfilling your goal. What you have mainly
succeeded in demonstrating is your inability to assimilate complex
concepts, such as: events change over time. You also fail to exhibit
logic and critical thinking skills. You do, however, deserve credit
for your high degree of obsessive persistence.

For some odd reason, you've decided to attack not ony me, but some
person named Marcia Daniels, with whom I'm not acquainted.

If you'd care to compare posts, you will notice inconsistencies that
indicate the two of us are not the same person. First, we have a
completely DIFFERENT physical health profile. I don't take medication
for high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or any of the other
complaints she may have listed. I have never been diagnosed with
fibromyalgia and, in fact, I'm not even certain I believe such a
disease exists.

If you look at the date on Marcia Daniels' post(s), it appears she
claimed to have been diagnosed bipolar "25 years ago" in 1999. My post
was dated 2006, I believe, which is seven years later. If I were
Marcia Daniels, I would have said "32 years ago" or "more than 30
years ago" in 2006. I would not have said "25 years" in 1999 and "25
years" AGAIN seven years later. Time does not stand still. THINK, Jan.
I know that's asking a lot.

Although I wasn't able to determine Ms. Daniels' full email address,
her ISP appears to have been ici.net which, according to their
website, www.ici.net, provides service only to the following states:

Let me remind you how accommodating I have been in responding to your
nastygram when such cooperation was unnecessary, not only because the
information is none of your business, but because the BURDEN OF PROOF
is on YOU, Madam Prosecutor, to prove my guilt. It is NOT incumbent
upon ME, the accused, to prove my innocence.

Unfortunately, you've done a piss-poor job presenting your case.
You've offered NO FACTS, and your "circumstantial evidence" doesn't
stand up to scrutiny. Your single "witness," if we can call her that,
is a crazy, delusional dingbat who's allegedly published lies about
you, too, which serves to impeach her "testimony." All you have
offered are YOUR OPINIONS, which are WORTHLESS.

Sorry Jan, but YOU have NO CREDIBILITY, no case, nothing. I have
answered your charges and told the truth. If you want to call me a
liar, you'd better be able to PROVE it first. Get to work, bitch.
