movement and thus burned calories. Today, we are a more sedentary
people - idle and sluggish. The effects of this motionless lifestyle
has attacked our waistlines and are causing record numbers of health
problems. When you take the intentional time to develop an efficient
plan for effective weight management, you can actually reverse the
aging process and add years to your life. What's more is that they
will be healthy, enlivened years that you will enjoy so much more.
Here is a just a few of the endless benefits that you will directly
experience when you shed those extra pounds and return to a more vital
state of living:
• You significantly decrease your probability to develop heart
disease;
• You will all but abolish your chances to have a stroke;
• Your future life is highly likely to become cancer-free;
• Diabetes will not be a concern for you like before;
• Your joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments will be free from the

We all have the direct responsibility to ourselves, and to our loved
ones, to maintain proper weight and ensure our health. Living with
obesity takes the fun out of life. It actually destroys life. Take the
