LEF made a mistake:

I am a member of the life Extension Foundation, and recently they
called for people to tell their stories about successes that they have
had with LEF products, which are almost entirely supplements. I
thought about it, and I couldn't think of any successes, even though I
have been a member for about 3 or 4 years and have spent many hundreds
of dollars with them.. I give you some examples of successes:

Paul McKenna -- http://www.mckenna.com/ -- I lost about 20 pounds
without much effort thanks to Paul. Cost me absolutely nothing.

acupuncture and other Chinese Medicine -- I have two wonderful
children and scads of other successes with TCM.

homeopathy -- scads of successes with homeopathy. Cheap as dirt.

Gay Hendricks -- http://www.hendricks.com/ -- seriously wonderful
success with his Conscious Breathing book and his Vibrance-Flex
exercise. Cost me two books and will keep working forever for free.

EFT -- www.emofree.com -- Wow, magical, wonderful successes. Cost
me absolutely nothing.

pranayama -- bliss and happiness. Cost me $35.00.

Tai Chi -- bliss and happiness, only with a lot more effort than
pranayama Cost me $9 per week for 34 weeks, but will keep working for
free.

Aerobics -- huge effort but lots of peace and steadiness of nerves,
and of course some weight loss. Costs my wife and I $19 per month.

Ceragem -- http://www.ceragem.com/ -- Wow, this got me started on
my stress reduction efforts. It can be free or can be very pricey;
check it out.

Fish Oil -- This saved my life. Every person over 50 should be
taking fish oil. An on-going minor but necessary expense.

rebounding (mini-trampoline) -- takes away intense pain in my toes
for several days after doing it. After buying the unit (with the
tapered springs), costs me nothing.

When you get real successes, the neutrals (and the expensive pee) come
into focus. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Life Extension
Foundation except that they place way too much emphasis on supplements
(Their blood tests are really good.). Multiple vitamins made my hair
stop falling out about 34 years ago. Fish oil saved my life. Other
than that, it just seems like a lot of expensive pee.

We are a lazy people. We want quick and easy solutions to every
problem. The 90% of money that that I have spent on supplements could
have been used for organic food or a vacation or the children's
college fund.

Now I get results, REAL RESULTS, but I have to spend several hours per
day to get them: But it is worth every minute.

Got to go now to do pranayama and the Vibrance-Flex. See ya'.
