After dinner and 1 hour before going to bed, take a glass of fresh of
water. Eat 100 to 150 grams of fresh jaggery, 10 minutes before
sleeping. After this if one requires, only gargle and wash the mouth
but don’t drink or eat anything. By morning, cold will be required.

Take 7-8 leaves of black tulsi with 2 black peppers.

After two hours of dinner - add a little jaggery to wheat flour & add
little pure ghee and mix it properly. Prepare a thick chapati and
roast it on the frying pan. Eat it hot. And take water only after some
time.
