Surely you know better. It is unlawful in the USA to sue the
pharmaceutical companies or the murdering doctors. I would think you
would know of this lack of liability. Doctors are like 007, they have
a license to kill. Maybe this does not extend to the nurses?
please provide documentation that pharma and doctors cannot be sued....I
know of enuf cases to know you made that one up..
and yes..nurses ...and NPs can and are sued (hope your wife has good
malpractice insurance)
A citizen may sue a doctor for "malpractice." However, the citizen
may sue only if:
1. They have a lawyer.
2. They have another Dr who will testify against the doc being sued.
3. The citizen can be required to pay the doctor's attorney for the
right to sue the doctor.
4. The suit cannot involve the injection of vaccines.
You better have an ass pocket full of money to sue for medical
malpractice.
Hawki: you just contradicted your entire premise that doctors cannot be
sued.....or didn't you notice that??
and please...referring me to Mercola is akin to saying "read this comic
book"...
It is a matter of Federal law that the pharmceutical companies nor the
pediatricians can be sued for any vaccine injuries, up to and
including the death of the child. You must sue the federal
government. Why do you think over 5,000 autism suits are already on
the books? Why do you think the gov is refusing to pay so strongly?
The gov has the money. You well know that with every shot of the
potential fatal poisons more money is collected for the federal fund.
Damn, get a clue Hawki.
And please go to Mercola.com and look at the video concerning "Murder
by Infection." It really is factual and a real eyeopener.
Hawki, *PLEASE* find a way to clearly attribute posted material.
Three passes through this and I'm still trying to figure out what
you wrote and what you quoted.
I realize that you're using a posting tool that's even crippled
by Microsoft standards, but there are others. I'm told that
Free Agent is quite good, and ISTR that Thunderbird has a news
mode as well.
Please?
