beholder, Coleah.
We did not have a website for myself nor the Humantics Foundation
prior to being SLAPP sued by Terry Polevoy, Stephen Barrett, and
Christopher Grell, who you now know well. Their version of their
lawsuit against me was pure fiction ... and to date ... they are lying
about the outcome of the case. It is intentionally false to claim you
lost on a 'technicality.' Here are the facts surrounding Barrett Vs

Barrett had been threatening people who were interviewing me for a
radio show ... and had been bullying them to put his people on. I
needed a platform for my self and the Humantics Foundation since
Barrett & Polevoy & Grell and ultimately you and Myrl ... made my
destruction in every way possible, your mutual goal. In fact, I see
now that this first webpage of ours ... was talking about the lawsuit
and Barrett threatened the producers in his typical bully way.
The SLAPP suit against me began in 2000 ... when the Rag-tag Posse of
Snake-oil Vigilantes expanded their network of those who defend
vaccinations, defend med devices, defend con med ... and attack those
who believe otherwise.
I believe with all my heart and soul and every breathe I've made since
I committed myself to the breast implant cause ... that Stephen
Barrett and Terry Polevoy and all their related groups ... are the
biggest purveyors of 'shit list webpages' in many languages on the
internet.
It pains me to see fine doctors who believe in homeopathy, treated
like they are serial axe murderers on Quackwatch.com and
Healthwatcher.net.
Your Barrett has been an active part of pushing medical boards to
pursue homeopaths, chelationists, anti-vacination doctors ... Dr. Rea
is but one.
Barrett has made a career out of attempting to destroy the lives and
careers of others ... (myself being but one) ... and has a great
amount of help.
Coleah & Myrl have made a career out of attempting to harm me and I
needed to defend myself against the growing smear campaign against me,
begun by your predessor, may she be healing from her pains.
Together ... those named below ... have created a web fiction of who I
am, why I do what I do, my financial life, my marriage, the foundation
I head, and changed history on Barrett Vs Rosenthal and Rosenthal Vs
O'leary.

To me ... "shit list webpages" are the ones calling the growing
number of us who question the safety of vaccinations and have deep
concern about the families being destroyed because of deaths and brain
damage to their babies "baby haters."
I have seen parents of vaccination injured children's parents treated
much the same way I am attacked with series of insults and lies that
are projections of the Quackwatch / Vaccination Industry Agenda.Those
are true 'shit list webpages' backed by 'shit list newsgroup postings'
claiming that ingesting aluminum is the same as injecting it into
muscles or bloodstreams of babies and as such is benign. This is false
information and dangerous if people believe it.
