Why don't you answer the question that I asked you, instead of pretending
that you didn't mischaracterize what I wrote?
: Answer: Zero! You see, Richard, the real-world uses the words far
: differently than you do.
Well, since you have consistently used the terms "passive-aggressive,"
"cognitive dissonance," and "autodidact" in senses that are far removed
from those use by people who know what the terms actually mean, you'll
understand my reluctance to believe you when you say that.
: Bizarre loopholes and poor analogies aside,
: standard courses in Medical School are mandatory. You can wax poetic
: all day long, but medical schools do not have optional courses in the
: standard curriculum. Here, I'll prove it yet again!
As I said, the discussion of whether acupuncture is "accepted" is over.
I say that even though the letter that you wrote completely mischaracterizes
what I said, and hence both it and the reply you received are totally
irrelevant even to that discussion.

: Yes. It is well understood what gold is without any necessity of
: referring it to money. It is well understood what money is without
: any necessity of referring it to gold.
If you know that, then why did *you* make the analogy between Qi and money?
And why did you forget to answer the part about how "heat" is well-understood
without any necessity to invoke Qi?
