Bio-Synergy Body Perfect Fat Burner pills

Hey,

I am a 20 year old male with no history of heart problems, and I want
to lose weight. I am planning on taking Bio-Synergy Body Perfect Fat
Burner pills to supplement the diet and exercise regime I started a
week ago. Here's what Nargis Ara, a consultant pharmacist, had to say
about them:

Bio Synergy Perfect Fat Burner £6.99 for 60 capsules, from Argos,
Grattan, Boots, health food shops and chemists.
MAIN INGREDIENT: Green tea extract.
CLAIMS: Green tea extract, is said 'to assist you to burn fat by
boosting your metabolism'.
WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY: 'Trials in the U.S. concluded that there is
evidence green tea can increase metabolism after eating and may help
with fat oxidation (burning),' says Lorraine.
'It also contains caffeine, which will have a diuretic effect and will
help you lose weight.'
Nargis says: 'These pills contain citrus auranthium, also known as
bitter orange. This converts to an ephedrine-like substance in your
body. Ephedrine - which acts like an appetite suppressant - has been
banned from dietary supplements in the U.S. after being linked with
potential cardiac sideeffects, but it's still legal in the UK,
although it's not recommended for use by people suffering from heart
disease.
'The pills also contain naringin, found in grapefruit juice, and can
lower blood fat levels. The pills will boost the body's metabolism,
but they could be dangerous for some people on other, prescribed
medicines, so check with your doctor before taking them. If you can
take them safely they could be effective as a weight loss aid.'
RATING: 8/10

Has anyone used these? I'd be very interested in hearing about other
people's experiences. As I said, I don't suffer from any heart
condition, and don't take any other prescription medicine.

Thanks.
