I can't talk about the case any more. I was part of the settlement

I have a place in the woods I sometimes stay at. Right now it's

I totally respect the settlement agreement with regard to whatever it
was, and I'll leave
it at that. I didn't realize based on what I had read here that the
settlement agreement was
private, seems like DC and the other name on his list Mark Probert
were interested in it,
and I just assumed it was of public record. Sorry for the intrusion.

Debbee:

I was a consultant to Cavitat on the case, and the quackbusters got
really ripped over, and by, the whole thing. Aetna filed a cross-
claim that read like it was written by the quackbusters - but the
federal court threw it out completely. The quackbusters had put much
store in the cross-complaint, bannering it on the internet as though
there was some merit to it. The federal court threw it out a second
time, even after it had been rewritten. Aetna had put great emphasis
to the court that they would get vital information from me, Tim
Bolen, during the depaoition, making their cross-complaint valid - but
there never was any evidence to get, for the cross-complaint was
hogwash, invented I think, by some of the nitwits you find on this
group.

Four days after my big "deposition," Aetna settled with Cavitat in a
"confidential" agreement which I had to agree to because I was a
consultant, hence part of the case. Somehow, and I will find out how,
a copy of the deposition tape, deemed to be "private" information, got
into Bowditch's hands.

The original case was about Aetna relying on Barrett, Baratz, etc. for
valid information about the FDA approved Cavitat Medical Device.
Frankly, I believe that Barrett, Baratz, and others, hugely misled
Aetna not only about the Cavitat device, but about their own
credentials. It would appear that Aetna no longer relys on them.

The Cavitat device can see "Cavitations" in the jawbone long before x-
ray can pick them up. What bothers the quackbusters is that the
majority of cavititations are a result of root canals - so the boys
attack Cavitat, the science of NICO (Neuralgia Induced Cavitational
Ostenecrosis) etc., in a crazed effort to discredit leading US Oral
Pathologists, Cavitat, biological Dentists, and the like.

But, they are losing everywhere - and at the moment, they are getting
their asses whipped in California on a combined case they thought, a
few months ago, was a sure thing. When their top testifier, little
bobbie baratz, showed up for his deposition he shook, quivered,
sweated, andstammered through the deposition, not hardly prepared for
the day - and the attorneys are eagerto get this fool into a court and
in front of a jury - and Baratz senses this, I'm sure. The rest of
their witnesses fared little better. Trial comes in April - and it'll
be a very well published trial. It'll be the usual group of
quackbuster dumbshits testifying for the Plaintiffs, versus, for the
Defendants, a very large group of top-credentialed, and angry I might
add, head of Dental University Departments, recognized scientists, and
more.

It's going to be a public slaughter. The quackbusters have no chance
of winning.

Timmie, I wonder what the lawyers for Aetna would say about you discussing the suit?

You are still in the court's jurisdiction.
