Who hasn't added a dash of salt to their meal? Salt provides that
special flair of flavor that we've come to love and crave when it
comes to our favorite foods, as well as preparing them. However,
doctors are now saying that if we don't watch our sodium intake, we
could be putting ourselves in some serious trouble. Find out what the
fuss is about and how you can keep yourself safe. Continue to read:

I wouldn't think this would be very informative as the author makes no
distinction between different types of sodium -- ie sodium phosphate and
sodium sulphate are essential cellsalts.
And Sodium chloride, which common table salt is, is an essential cellsalts
but only seems to be effective in homeopathic form -- maybe common table
salt is too course (eg like iron in nails, not the correct format).

Try a test for purity.
Take an 8 oz glass of distilled water ( tap would work ) and add one
tablespoon of commercial salt, iodized or not.
Look at it through a light. Why is it turbid and not clear?
Allow the glass of salt water to sit undisturbed overnight. What is
the white, water insoluble, sediment in the bottom of the glass?
Why is it there?
Is it on the list of ingredients?
What does it do to you over time?
** I don't care if its not pure, as long as any impurities are inert and not
poisonous.
** My point is that sodium chloride in homeopathic form, is an essential
cellsalt and treats a whole list of symptoms including sneezing, watery
eyes, housedust allergies, sweat rash and a lot of other things too.
However, table salt DOESN'T treat anything. So it must be in the wrong
format -- this is just a guess.
