A joke about a specialist from Thunder Bay, an old country doctor, and a fool.

A joke about a specialist from Thunder Bay, an old country doctor, and
a fool.

So this patient walks into the old country doctor's office to tell him
that the antibiotic worked, it not only cleared up the respiratory
problem but also cleared up an intestinal problem, a problem of some
17 years.

Oh what were your symptoms says the old country doctor, and before the
patient can say them, the doctor lists them. Symptoms that included
intestinal symptoms and neurological symptoms. "Oh, you probably had
an intestinal

infection,....most likely giardia" says the old country doctor. Those
infections create toxins and create chemical imbalances because they
corrupt the absorption process.

"It can't be, I was tested for giardia many years ago, and the
'specialist from Thunder Bay' and labelled me with a disease, (the no
cause, no cure type like IBS, Crohns ), that was some 17 years ago.

The old country doctor responds, "One test is not enough, . . . you
may need four or five" to find the exact cause. (So why did not the
specialist know this?)

This is a joke, told by a fool, foolish to believe a 'specialist from
Thunder Bay'.

(seems like our health care systems in North America profit from
complexity, and treating symtpoms, rather than treating a simple
possible cause...)

Here is a link to some important information regarding a variety of
symptoms, of bundled symptoms, (what they call diseases) and a
possible cause and treatment...
