The devil in the Health Care system; Why is it a lie ?

This applies to Canada and to the USA. If we get healthier, we can
spend the money on good business, ie GMC, Ford and Chrysler products.

Well first of all, it is not a true public system, it is publically
funded but one of those great half-truths that has been mistakenly
promoted as a truth.

Most all doctors are private corporations, and most diagnostic
servcies are provided by private corporations; all publically funded.

Problem is that the current payment system of most general doctors, is
a PAYMENT PER VISIT. One minute, five minutes, 30 minutes, good
visit, bad visit, unnecessary visit, helpful visit, hurtful visit,
they all (generally speaking) get paid the same )

The system rewards repeat visits, treating symptoms that reoccur,
referrals, more testings, referrals, testing, and even the creation of
'diseases' that cannot be cured; its in the best financial interests
of the system.

My limited research shows that many so-called diseases, such as IBS,
Crohns, even MS, some types of Cancers and even many mental disorders
may be caused by undetected bacterial or parasitic causes that can be
treated. Did you know that Lyme's disease, or simple giardiasis may
require 4-6 negative tests to prove you don't have it.

God forbid, you get labelled with a disease because now you fit into
'an untreatable disease' and are forced to go door to door looking for
research funds.

Take a good look at Canada's Health Care system, ranked 30th in the
world, better than that of the USA, ranked 36th, and ask yourself why
are we not comparing ourselves to the health systems of Italy and
France, ranked in the top two.

In Italy the family doctor gets paid an annual salary that guarantees
an income, and rewards your doctor for providing you with good
health. In Canada and the USA, the sicker you get, or rather only if
you are sick do doctors get paid.

The devil is in the details...especially the missing ones.
