Medicor seeks Injunction Against Terry Polevoy

Terry Polevoy, known to Canadian consumers and fellow physicians
as an out of control wingnut has been publishing all sorts of
materials on the internet about Toronto based Medicor that have
been reviewed by an Ontario justice and seen as as being patently
libelous and defamatory and that represent a malicious pattern of
misinformation, lies and deception that impinge upon basic rights
and freedoms the owners of Medicor to provide private medical services.
The justice has issued an injucntion directing Polevoy to cease and desist.
The justice has also put Polevoy's regulator on notice to control the behavior
of member who is "so obviously and clearly having difficulty
carrying out the essential responsibilites of his profession; a member
whose behavior is disgraceful and unprofessional".

Polevoy will no doubt deny this as he denies evidence for many
medically proven modalities.

Polevoy is also at the receiving end of a court-ordered asset seizure
from a California court, a civil action brought by Adam The DreamHealer,
a libel action brought by Wayne Obie of Talk Radio, criminal investigation
and libel action brought by TrueHope and Health Canada and now
an injunction, and no doubt a later libel action, by Medicor.

Congratulations Terry! You are truly one of the biggest arseholes
on the internet. Fellow members at the CPSO shake their heads and
hope the CPSO will put Canadians out of their misery by revoking
Polevoy's conditional registration.

Terry will no doubt respond to this 'cause he can't resist control
his piehole.....so remember Terry people are watching and recording
