Ed, why didn't you post something about that on the site??? I agree
with you, that ALA is present in Chia, just as it is in Flax, Kiwi,
and other healhy plants. I'll take your comments, minus the nasty
parts, and I'll post it for you on the site. Basically, if you have a
history of prostate cancer in the family, you need to talk to your
doctor about adding any rich source of ALA. Otherwise, to anyone else,
this ingredient would be a health advantage.
By the way Ed, you come off a little cranky. There are no ads on the
site. Every product or concept mentioned gets a non-paid link, and
they fit in with the editorial. Also, we don't have "hollow" claims in
any of the articles. If you don't like it, don't visit again, but at
least be civil.

either you are ignorant that the alpha linolenic acid predominant
in chia seed increases risk of prostate cancer or you are
malevolent.
Your blog doesn't even repeat your hollow claim "has more
Omega-3, vitamins A, D, E, and K than any other" much less
show any reason to believe that.
It appears that your claims are pure bull*** intended to draw
anyone to click through your blog ads.
