the body into serotonin, a pain relieving chemical.
The combination of the special diet and the tryptophan should
dramatically elevates your pain tolerance.

suggestions above in my opinion is bull. My husband doesn't eat sugary
stuff and my son watches what he eats better than anyone I have ever known
other than my new daughter. Both are off sugars and eat carbs. Hubby
just became diabetic 2 so we are trying to learn now about his diet
changes. Before this he was a meat and carb person. UM MOM Susan, who
just got a new bed, ahhh so comfy, slept the best ever, both of us did,
last night.
