I trust that you are having amazing success, and I'm very proud of
your commitment.
What does success mean?
A wonderful friend, who is actually part of my weight loss program,
shared that success is simple steps taken towards your goal. So often
though, we are very hard on ourselves because we haven't gotten to the
top of the mountain.

It is a nice message about falling in love with one's self. We are
our own best friends, and caring about ourselves, and how we feel and
look is an awesome thing. I believe that in our world we have become
a fatter nation because we often put ourselves last and eat up every
one else's stress in our lives. It is common knowledge that reducing
stress plays an important part of our lives when we are attempting to
lose a few pounds.
