This suit is a classic SLAPP suit ... designed to waste the time and
energy and other resources of opponents, attempting to silence their
voice. Barrett and Polevoy use what Polevoy calls "libel chill"
frequently to threaten and to sue others. So do his publicists, Coleah
Penley Ayers and Myrl Jeffcoat (aka Will Ketcher.)
