It's recently been brought to my attention that I have some body odor.
I had heard a few kids say this 10 years ago when I was in school but I
thought they were just being mean. So I guess this body odor has been
going on for quite a while.
I of course cannot smell this odor so I can't tell what it is. One day,
I took a shower, applied anti-perspirant, put on clean clothes and went
to a small family gathering. This is where a close relative discreetly
brought my body odor to my attention.
What would be causing my body odor? I suspect the smell is coming from
my private region. I don't have any STDs or medical problems that would
cause that area to be smelly. The only things I can think of are that I
have anxiety problems and GERD. Other than that I have no ideas.
I don't know if maybe I should try using scented body sprays or use
deodorant around my private region. I find this very disturbing as I
already have problems with self-conciousness.
Try using a very soaped up warm washcloth when you shower. Soap up and rinse the area at least twice. Look for and use a good deodorant soap. Spray with a scented bodyspray. This should help. If you are a female try using a safe Betadine douche or see your Dr. as you may have a simple bacterial or fungal infection.
