There are also people who use Laetrile who die due to a

How MANY died using the *effective conventional cancer treatment*?

Rule number one:

Everybody dies.

Rule number two:

Doctors cannot change rule number one.

That said, conventional cancer treatment is effective, and gets better all
the time as research proves new treatments and refines traditional ones.
Nothing of the sort can be said for the use of Laetrile for the "treatment"
of cancer.
