Some people like melatonin, but it isn't regulated, so take it at your
own risk. Just make sure to tell your doctor. You could also try a new
drug that works like melatonin, but stronger-- it's called Rozerem and
it's not addicting. Good luck!

ABSOLUTELY stay away from ANY controlled drug. It is CONTROLLED
BECAUSE it
is dangerous.

Vernon is fond of making this claim. He has been unable to back it
up. Just like the rest of his claims.

Rozerem is a possibility, but it doesn't work very well. The most
recent issue of Consumer Reports had a 2-page article on prescription
sleep aids. They were not real enthusiastic about any of the ones on
the market. A close friend of mine who has suffered from insomnia for
years concurs.

I've always found a glass of wine or two and, er, maybe one or two
sessions of marital (or otherwise) intimacy does the trick...

Cathy:)

Nice work if you can get it.

What *are* you suggesting, David?

Oh, nothing, nothing. (whistles, looks up at the sky innocently)

Actually, I think I had you confused with Ilena "swims out to the
troopships" Rosenthal.
