Hi "Happy Dog",
I have no idea who you are, but I will at least answer your comments.
We have answered all the questions put to us as best as was possible. I
notice you only quote critical messages from people who have never seen
our systems and have no idea about them, yet do not quote my replies to
those critical comments. By not doing so you are trying to present an
uneven side to the story.
Well, there's nothing stopping you from posting positive comments
from (identified) parties with first-hand experience with your
product.
Did you miss our references page? Is a noble prize winner not good enough?
In the end, even if I posted the names of a hundred satisfied customers, it
would not mean anywhere near as much as trying out the microscope for
yourself and that is something all our customers have been able to do.
Additionally, each Ergonom microscope is made to the customers individual
needs as in this market, there are a wide range of differing requirements.
Rather than posting more on this group, I am now concentrating on the
website itself (and our current customers) which will better answer your
questions, anyway.
Oh, wait ...
It is easy to make up all kinds of reasons why something cannot work and
simply ignore all the proof that it does. When challenged by us to
actually send us a sample for us to photograph, we received nothing from
these people and I would be surprised if we ever did. It is possible that
these people have their own agenda for wanting to discredit us, such
people can usually be recognised by hiding behind pseudonyms, they expect
us to reveal everything, yet cannot even publicly state their own names
and background.
It's easy to ignore "proof" which has not been presented, too.
Repeated allegations don't quite cut the mustard.
We have already released a considerable amount of info on our website. As I
said before, we will be presenting considerably more images and data on our
website probably about mid-September. Is it too much to ask to wait until
then.
$EMPLOYER's failure-analysis lab is running at capacity on our
current SEMs. If you want to make a sales call, drop by and
we can give you some sample material to show your stuff.
If you have a serious enquiry about our products, send us an Email or give
us a call (phone numbers are on our website) and we will respond. We should
talk on the phone first to determine what your needs are and if we can help.
A number of our customers moved from SEM to our Ergonom microscopes and we
have more than 30 years experience in failure analysis of plastics, metals,
computer chips, etc. Most of the German automobile manufacturers have been
using such services for many years.
How can we be of assistance to your organization?

P.S. Due to time constraints and high workload, I am going to stop
monitoring this group at least until our new website is online. If you have
a real question, send us an Email. We thank-you for your understanding.
