The entire congress and The British cabinet was in agreement with Bush on
the probabilities of WMDs (which most of the uneducated have no concept of
what WMD means).

Of course, that happened because the Bushies cooked the books and
cherry-picked only the information that backed up Bush's desire to
go to war. It also wasn't the entire Congress.
