James and Jan were probably hunting morels, seeing as they are common in
the
midwest. In my youth I used to make spending money selling morels for $1
per
grocery bag full.

Oh, Rich -- now Jan will say that even as a boy, you were peddling
your loose morels all over town.

And Jan's morels are hollow.
