WARNING: Industry is Blogging These NewsGroups to Protect Their
Monopolies

To : All participants and readers of sci.med,

Please be aware that many comments and responses posted to this
forum
are not those of casual posters interested in an honest exchange....
Usenet is not a blog.
The use of the internet,( a website, a discussion group, a
personalized web page) to continuously promote a self interest is
concidered blogging.
Incorrect.

The more appropriate term in the case of usenet is the more derogatory
term, TROLL.
HCN is a long time poster in mha, thus is not a troll.

O.K. dedicated, obsessed troll.

By definition, not a troll of any kind.

Internet troll
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search
In Internet terminology, a troll is someone who comes into an established
community such as an online discussion forum, and posts inflammatory,
rude or offensive messages designed to annoy and antagonize the existing
members or disrupt the flow of discussion (see Anonymous Internet
posting).

Note that existing members are excluded.

Excuse me, still had this on my computer, forgot to post it:

http://members.aol.com/intwg/trolls.htm#WIAT

An Internet "troll" is a person who delights in sowing discord on the
Internet. He (and it is usually he) tries to start arguments and upset
people.

Trolls see Internet communications services as convenient venues for their
bizarre game. For some reason, they don't "get" that they are hurting real
people. To them, other Internet users are not quite human but are a kind
of digital abstraction. As a result, they feel no sorrow whatsoever for
the pain they inflict. Indeed, the greater the suffering they cause, the
greater their 'achievement' (as they see it). At the moment, the relative
anonymity of the net allows trolls to flourish.

Trolls are utterly impervious to criticism (constructive or otherwise).
You cannot negotiate with them; you cannot cause them to feel shame or
compassion; you cannot reason with them. They cannot be made to feel
remorse. For some reason, trolls do not feel they are bound by the rules
of courtesy or social responsibility.

Perhaps this sounds inconceivable. You may think, "Surely there is
something I can write that will change them." But a true troll can not be
changed by mere words.

Note that is the *GANG* and mostly Mark Probert, while his wife is working
to support his family.....

A person not intimately interested in learning more about alternate
medicine and continuously promoting anti-alternate information (daily
even) is strictly a TROLL using the UseNet as a blog base, with no
positive aim except self adulation or defense of one's own ignorance
or errors.
Cute way of dismissing dissenters.

Dissenters are trolls.

BULL***.

Persons with other information or other research is
not what was addressed. Dissention JUST for the sake of dissention is
actually a personality disorder and often diagnosed as AD/HD (not
always).

BULL***.

OR they are paid to be trolls.

BULL***.

You trying to change the meaning of a word does not make it so.

Also, you have no proof.

... some of us are only here for amusement. Something you provide in
abundance with your inanity.
