How do you know that EVERY SINGLE DISEASE in the world isn't due to
some
nutritional deficiency?

Doesn't make sense that it would be. Diseases strike people
differently even if they have identical nutrition.

You're right that diseases strike everybody differently, and a lot
has to do with genetics, and different people are not just as
susceptible despite the same diets. And also there is the idea that
some diseases are contagious such as chidken pox, measles and AIDS.

However, there are many diseases which it is common knowledge that
they
are
related to nutritional deficiencies. Some are:

* rickets - vitamin d
* beri beri - vitamin b
* pellegra - niacin (b group)
* scurvy - vit c
* spina biffeda in newborns - folic acid
* goitre - iodine
* blood coagulation - vit k

Yes, that's why they're called "deficiency diseases." You didn't list
all of them, like night blindness (vitamin A).

And it's true that nutritional factors do seem to play a role in how
or whether certain people develop diseases. But that's not the same
thing as saying the diseases are caused by some sort of deficiency.
Many lung cancers are caused by smoking, but not all of them.

It's clear that there is still much to be discovered about the effects
of nutrition. That's still not to say that all diseases are caused by
some nutritional lack or excess.

We know for a fact that some diseases are directly related to
deficiencies.
Its not impossible that ALL diseases are due to some nutritional
deficiency.

It's not impossible that they're caused by death rays from invisible
orbiting spaceships, either, but evidence is lacking in both cases.

TB is thought to be related to calcium deficiency.

Thought by whom?

You can do a search on the internet Dave.

There is a theory that cancer only thrives in a body which has turned
acidic ie when the diet contains too many foods that result in an
acid residue.

That's not a theory, it's just nonsense.

Do a search for it on the internet Dave.

Who is to say that all disease isn't cleared up by high enough dose
of one, or a combination of different nutritional elements.

Because there are limits to how high a dose the body can tolerate.
Too much of anything will kill you.

It that the reason why white flour and white sugar are healthier than brown
sugar and wholemeal flour. Because the vitamins and minerals in it are
dangerous?

Most people are calcium deficient by the time they get to 65, and its
highly likely that there would be other similar deficiencies for
other nutrients.

"The following dose rates provide NRC# 50-100% of the horse's daily calcium
requirement for each class of horse.
Horses in Work 60 g to 120 g/day
Lactating Mares 80 g to 160 g/day
Horses Spelling 30 g to 60 g/day
Dry Mares 30 g to 60 g/day
Stallions 50 g to 100 g/day
Yearlings 50 g to 100 g/day
Pregnant Mares 50 g to 100 g/day
Weanlings 60 g to 120 g/day

# The percentage of the National Research Council (NRC) horse requirements.

Where do I find evidence that most people are calcium deficient by 65?
I don't believe it.

Do some research Dave.
You never believe anything except pharmaceutical propaganda.
