I keep forgeting how easily your statements can get turned on its head
in these newsgroups. I did NOT state that lactose is a milk protein.
People ASSumed that something in a certain sentence was referring to
something in the sentence BEFORE it. The rest of my statement would not
be logical if I thought lactose was a protein. When I said the milk
protein, I was only talking about " the milk protein".
