It's a simple yes-or-no question, so even you ought not have any
problem answering it. Remember: it'll take a lot less effort to write
"yes" or "no" than it will for you to attempt to avoid the issue by
claiming (untruthfully) that you have already answered and I should
just look it up.

Okay, I'll make it even easier:

Q: Did you email my colleagues at my place of work?

A: Yes _____

No _____

Just put an X in the appropriate spot.

I bet you won't answer...truthfully.
