History is replete with instances of forced religion, e.g. The Crusades,
The Inquisition, the Christian conversion of Africa.


MP If someone wants to believe in a religion, I defend their right to do
so. If someone wants to convert to another religion, because they are
personally moved to do so, wonderful.


MP If someone knocks on my door to tell me about their religion, they are
asked to leave.


MP The J4J's and other cults of that ilk, do not respect the individual.

Actually, "race" is an extremely ill-defined concept genetically
anyway. But even if it were well-defined (certainly, I can see
differences in appearance between someone whose ancestors hail from
Iceland vs someone whose ancestors hail from Thailand), being Jewish
is not "racial," since Judaism is a religion. I doubt that anyone
unfamiliar with the American entertainment business would have spotted
Sammy Davis Jr as a Jew.
