Re: Eye Exercises

Thoughts? Do they work? Are they scientifically proven to work??

I am not aware of any that have been proven to work. What are you looking to do?

What are the best ones to do?

Personally, I like to exercise my eyes by looking at heavy objects. I feel my intraorbital muslces strengthening when I do this.

Another good exercise is to look at beautiful scenery. While your eyes will not get better, at least you have looked at something worthwhile.

If you are single, let me suggest looking at members of the opposite gender. Your heart may be stimulated to work harder.
