1 food at a meal: anybody tried it?



As a 100% raw foodist for about 4 years I'm always looking to improve. I just started mono eating.
It involves eating only one food at a meal. One food being a natural, unprocessed, raw food as in a
fruit or vegetable, nuts, seeds or sprouts. I've noticed several very positive reactions in my
body. I was wondering about the experiences of others.
